Warranty: Call the manufacture first for repair. (Limited warranty covers limited parts & only if warranty card was returned.) Labor is billable. Onsite Service call is $167 plus any necessary charges. It does not include any parts that might be needed. Technical staff is there to get the unit functioning, but if part or supplies are needed, they will give you a quote, sign approval needed before parts are ordered. Based on the age of the unit, some parts may not be available, or require some time to locate.
