Such a wonderful, friendly atmosphere! I would highly recommend them for a gift certificate to anyone looking for an outstanding gift as I received! I even returned on my own as a walk-in and they were kind enough to squeeze me in! Fabulous experience all the way around!!! I highly recommend The Om Spa!!!!! Jane Morrow Just had a fantastic facial with Mary. I can understand why you call it your signature facial…I didn’t want to move afterwards – I was so relaxed! I am always a little nervous trying a new spa and their products as I have very sensitive skin. However, My skin felt and looked great and no negative reactions to the products. Even the chemical peel didn’t irritate my skin. It is so nice to have 5-star spa services without having to fight for appointments with the tourists. Mary’s training and experience at the Ritz and La Playa definitely shows. Sorry La Playa – this is my new go-to Spa in Naples!
