Home Care Registry: Also known as the Consumer Directed Model or a Registry, this model of home care puts families and clients in control of their care. You receive services from self-employed professional caregivers, often Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), who are in the profession of caregiving and have many years of experience. It is common for Home Care Registries to refer caregivers who have 15-20 or more years of experience assisting mostly with the non-medical needs of their clients.
