I went with a slow leak in my tire due to a screw being stuck in the tread. I had read a review that said this Pep Boys over-charges for needless repairs, but I thought I would give it a try. \r

A great place for car stuff!!
As a women, I felt very comfortable shopping here. The staff were helpful and not condescending. They carry a large inventory of items and offer service as well. Their prices seem comparable to what I have seen.

One time when I moved from Oregon to Georgia. The mover damaged one of tires. So I went to Pepboy to check it up and ask them to write a report for me to get compensate from the insurance. They knew it is a problem. But they refused to write it down. This is my bad experience with them.

I went to this Pep-Boys location to buy some tires for my wife's car. Got a great deal on a great tire, but she hated the look of them. Jezzz, I saw $700 going down the drain. Called the store and told them the situation and asked if they could order the brand she wanted (not normally stocked). No problem, and, GET THIS, they refunded me the original tires' cost, saying something about making the customer happy. I never would have expected that and the next time I needed tires for my truck, I must have passed 100 tire stores to get back to this Pep Boys.
