For fabric the user can merely blot stain with cool water on a terry-cloth towel. For carpets and area rugs the user is given a bottle of our Perma-Guard Home Pro Spotter. If for any reason the user is not able to get a spot or stain out we will gladly send out one of our skilled technicians to assist with stain removal.
