Plant-N-Power Services, LLP was formed in 2002 as Ventech Field Services, LLP by Nick Brost and Ricky Legendre to address the need for responsive, high quality boiler maintenance and repair services in the Texas and Louisiana Gulf coast region, where almost 80% of all industrial boilers are in operation. Top supervisors in their field that Mr. Brost and Mr. Legendre worked with over the previous decade were hand selected. These key personnel were awarded equity positions in the partnership to drive ownership and accountability in everything we do.

PNP has offices in Pasadena, TX and Gonzales, LA. These locations have been strategically established to offer locally based services and less than 4-hour response time to the concentration of Gulf Coast customers located from Corpus Christi, TX to Mobile, AL.
