Theres no need to panic, Empire has been the premier locksmith, providing service to Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky since 1980.

While most of the locksmiths are a 1 man show, we have 5 locksmiths working out of 2 shops ready to assist you. Our Madison shop covers Madison, Millersville, Goodlettsville, Rivergate, Old Hickory, and Hermitage while our White House shop covers White House, Cross Plains, Millersville, Portland, Springfield, Gallatin, and Hendersonville. The White House shop also covers Franklin Kentucky and Bowling green.

Having 2 shops allows us to keep a larger inventory closer to the area we cover. If you are planning a huge security upgrade, a facility wide re-key project, or you simply have one of life’s little emergencies we are confident our team can help you. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM during those hours our phones are answered by Danielle our office manager, she will gladly get you on our schedule. If you have an emergency she also has the ability to patch you through to whichever locksmith thats available. After hours one of our on call locksmiths will answer and get you help as soon as possible. Unlike those 1-800 numbers all over the internet, With Empire you will ALWAYS talk to one of our team members. We will ALWAYS be here to help you when the other guys don't answer their phones.
