Mark J. Fox, DC, C.C.S.P. is triple board certified in Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and as a Chiropractic Sports Physician. He provides expert care in the treatment of motor vehicle, disc herniation and work related injuries. He treats patients in distress from repetitive postural stress acquired from work and gym activity. He sees children and adult athletic injuries, specializing in sports requiring running and shoulder use.

His services include: Spinal and extremity manipulation, flexion-distraction, chiropractic-biophysics, inter-segmental traction, decompression therapy, ultra-sound, muscle stimulation, proprioception rehabilitation, sport specific muscle work: Graston, Pin & stretch, strain/counter strain stretching and active release technique, kenesio taping and athletic performance optimization.

Insurances: He is in-network with most major insurance carriers. He accepts cash or check for co-pay or deductibles. The cash fee is $95.00 for examination and $50.00 per treatment.
The office makes every reasonable attempt to be aware of the nuances of individual insurance plans. However, the responsibility of knowing your plan features is ultimately yours. You are advised to contact your carrier prior to contacting the office.
Note: A discounted examination fee of $50.00 and $25.00 treatment fee applies to Medicare and 65 plans for non-covered services. The office is not participating with medicade.
