Liberty Physical Therapy and Sports Performace

The Sports Performance team at Liberty Physical Therapy consists of Board certified Sports Medicine physicians, certified Athletic Trainers (A T C), Physical Therapists and personal trainers. We provide comprehensive services across the range of athletic participation, from injury evaluation and management at the field level and comprehensive rehabilitation for return to sport, to progressive sports performance training and injury prevention programs for teams and individuals.

Our Sports Performance team is committed to optimizing athletic performance and reducing the potential for injury through comprehensive training programs that improve speed, agility, mobility and flexibility, and energy systems, in the sport of your choice, while reducing the risk of sports-related injuries.
