Stride Strong Physical Therapists are attentive, experienced and professional Doctors of Physical Therapy. We see our patients for 45min-1 hour long appointments, giving one-on-one care and attention that our patients deserve. We employ a combination of manual and exercise therapy to get our patients back to work, and back to life pain-free. Also experts in lower extremity rehab, from running injuries to post-surgical conditions our therapists deliver evidence-based treatments to help patients recover fully, quickly, and with confidence. We are in-network with majority of health insurances, namely Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Lifewise, Healthnet, Moda, Medicare, Pacific Source and United Healthcare.
