Andrew Kaknes - James Marcora Realty

Since becoming a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 2008, Andy decided to join James Marcora Realty with Broker Kelly Dimbat. Kelly's "hands on" approach with her clients, enthusiasm, knowledge and desire to be a direct mentor made Andy know he wanted to work with her.

Being a people person, real estate sales has come naturally to Andy. His varied background and previous condo sales in Newport, R.I. helps to complement this. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and lived and worked in Western MA for 15 years.

Working with home owners and sellers from 2001 to 2007 for Hilltown Environmental Consulting, Andy assisted with property scouting, land surveys, septic system installations and Title V compliance issues. This experience helps him understand and meet his client's needs by understanding the details that are needed to help bring interested parties together.

Growing up in Chelmsford and having roots there, lead Andy to move back in 2008 where he now owns a home in the Westlands section of town.

Andy loves to travel and his travels to Central and South America, along with his university studies, lead him to become a fluent speaker of the Spanish language. He enjoys watching, listening to, and playing music. He is an avid Red Sox fan and also enjoys the outdoors.
