Finally, a car company with cool sales associates!
I was skeptical about buying a Lexus. The stuffiness I encountered in some comparable markets made me wonder if Lexus would be overly pompous.

Do not spend money at any Nalley Stores
Most of you dont know this but Nalley was bought out by a corporation in 1997 and since then all it has become is a money making machine at your and my expense.The employees are not at fault but the management group that has held the seat from the service managers,service director to the CEO of the company are.For all those that shop there to buy a car and service ,let me tell you something. Nalley overcharges on everything from car sales to parts and service. the managers are paid on commission and the larger the profit they make the thicker their wallet gets.They hire high school drop outs working on your $60,000 automobiles and paying them $10.00 per hour while they charge you $110.00 per hour. Parts is no different, what you pay for a part in the service department is more than what you would pay for the same part in their retail counter.When i asked why, they told me.. to compete with Hennessy Lexus and Lexus of south Atlanta. Fabulous service
The service at Nalley Lexus is the reason we have bought from this car maker twice. We have never had a bad experience with the service department or the dealer -- they are always very helpful and courteous. Great service and coverage is part of what makes this car maker so great, and Nalley exemplifies that.

nally is a rip off
I recently wnet to nalley lexus in smyrna to have some repair work done and after being given an estimate of $2800.00 I decided to get a second opnion fron hennesy lexus.
