The Upland Arena Indoor Sports Complex

The Upland Sports Arena is a safe and fun facility where friends and families of all ages can gather to participate in some of the many activities we offer. You will find activities ranging from indoor adult leagues to a variety of youth leagues, from Lil' Kickers to birthday and team party packages, and let's not forget about field rentals and our on-site Sports Grill!We are a US registered soccer bar offering food and drinks. All activities are offered for people of all ages and ability levels. We welcome anyone and everyone to come check us out! If you are not interested in joining one of our leagues, you can still call to book a birthday or team party, or try our 4000 sq ft cross training gym. even just rent the space to use for whatever activity you choose!
