Our overall total pricing is below national published pricing guidelines. Each invoice is itemized so you see the breakdown of charges. (Some companies just write down a total figure.) It is very common for appliance service technicians to be paid by commission. Our technicians are not paid by commission because we do not want our customers overcharged.
