Dave Dunning began his travel career in 1978 as a retail travel agent. In 1983, he founded The Cruise Center, which was the first travel agency in San Antonio, Texas, devoted solely to the sale of cruises and is still an industry leader today.

Dave is a passionate cruiser himself and has been on more than 130 cruises and has traveled all over the world. He has been to all 50 of the United States, most of Europe, Asia and South America, as well as Australia, New Zealand and many parts of Africa and the Middle East. Some of his most memorable trips are a cruise to the Galapagos Islands, a tour to South Africa and several visits to Alaska.
