Robbie's Assembly Service

I have been in business for 18 years since 1992. I started out assembling RTA furniture for Work Place who was bought out by Staples in 1990. Moved on to a small business who was contracted to assemble for Staples & Scotty's Hardware. In February of 1992 I branched out on my own putting together items for these 2 stores as well as Service Merchandise, Sports Authority, Jumbo Sports, Office Depot. I was mostly assembling furniture, basketball goals, exercise & recreational equipment. In 1995 we started delivering & assembling swing sets for these stores and for Rainbow Playsystems. Boy were we busy! Years gone by like this, but the nationwide stores wanted nationwide companies to assemble for them so some business was lost to companies who could not assemble nor could they cover the nation. In 2001 Woodplay Playsystems set up a franchise and we now install & refurbish their sets. In 2004 we started installing spiral staircases all over Florida for a company called Iron Shop. In 2006 we took on an account called School Specialty who provided furniture to schools in the area. This was very profitable and kept us very busy again. We still assemble anything out there but business is not like it was. I feel I've got a good crew of guys who have been with me through the years.
