Just concerned about the bottom line
We took our 2yr old son here for cleaning and fillings. The hygienist was excellent, she generally cared for our son's well being and made him feel at ease. Dr. Diaz was completely opposite. Her polite demeanor seemed very forced and she could care less about making our son comfortable and more about hurrying the procedure up so she could see more patients. Our second visit for the fillings was a nightmare. Our son needed a sedative and instead of waiting the proper amount of time for it to kick-in, they started the fillings early and needless to say he was kicking and screaming until a quarter of the way until the procedure was finished. To make a long story short, Dr. Diaz lied about how us not being present during the procedure calmed him down at the end. Made no sense what so ever. After we got home we noticed a lot of swelling and nicks around his mouth. Anyway, we won't be back and would definitely not recommend this Peds Dentist to anyone.

Find Someone Better
Impatient staff and doctor. I thought that since the practice was tailored to pediatric patients, the staff would be more inviting and friendly to children. I was wrong when I took my son to his 2yr visit with Dr. Diaz. We waited so long for the doctor, so my son got impatient and started to explore (what toddler's normally do). A staff member raised her voice at me in front of my son and ridiculed my parenting skills. My son's visit with Dr. Diaz took less than 5 minutes and was not worth our waiting time. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

my 8 year old had a bad experience at a former dentist and was terrified of going to the dentist. After being recommended by a friend i took my son to ABC 123 and he actually looks forward to the visit. The staff is kind, helpful, and overall awesome. Dr. Diaz really cares about her patients and makes them feel calm. She talks to them, and explains every next step to them. The place is clean and very kid friendly. Everything from the color on the walls, choice in furniture, and cartoons playing on the tvs is definitely putting the childrens interest at heart. She makes my son feel as though she isnt a dentist but a 2nd mom!!!!

Wonderful Pediatric Dentist!
Dr. Diaz, Suleyma, and Monica were wonderful!
