This is my 12th post! No one from the head office is calling me, I am extremely upset. They picked up my Packrat after agreement had been made not to. I am being told now that Packrat wants money to redeliver my unit, when it was their fault for picking it up. It seems no one cares about my problem, I am disabled, everything I have is in there. Should I start to call the BBB? Do I need to post on every single Packrat facebook? The head people in Colorado will not deal with it, I just keep getting we messed up but you get to pay or lose your stuff. My oxygen and all medical supplies are in there. Do I need to call the ADA? Do I need to call a lawyer? What do I need to do to get someone besides Martin who just wants me to pay for Packrats goof up? I would like my container delivered asap no charge and for all the trouble I have had for it to be left here until June 1st. I think all things considering I am being very nice by asking this, I do have a great number of witnesses to verify everything I have said, So Packrat here is your chance to save your reputation, and to solve this issue for once and for all. I will be waiting for a response.

Packrat is horrible at communication. Moving coordinators have responsibility and NO authority. I am a horrified, inconvenienced, frustrated customer who has had to go to enormous expense and emotional distress because of the poor service and no communication. Nobody in the corporate would even answer their phone. Christine Lindley, a very dissatisfied customer in process.
