I'd go back
The thing I liked best about Zenial and Co was the fact the stylist listened to what I wanted before she cut my hair. My hair was very long, thick and curly. She listened to what I had to say about it and helped me decide on a length that would benefit my face. I was not shown the back of my hair nor was it styled the way I asked for it to be. The stylist said she did not have enough time before her next appointment to blow it dry for me.
I was shown their line of products but not hassled into buying anything I didnt want to buy. I was taken as a walk in without many problems. Zenial and Co do offer a wide range of services, coloring, highlights and facial waxing to name a few. They also have punch cards for frequent visitors. The price was a little high, but over all Id say worth it.

Missing Parts
This salon would be reasonably priced--if they gave a good haircut or service. I walked in for a 1/2 trim and ended up with more than four inches gone in some spots and a serious lack of blending. The stylist didn't even offer to show me the back of my hair, and when I got home I realized why. She had chopped a chunk out. I've seen one person get a decent cut there, but proceed with caution.
