Do you know in pensacola fl they are giving people old food.They don't use FIFO.At one point it was found at the chase street store had rats that was eating the buns and the buns was still sold.The GM are misstreded by their DS and feels...

Messed up order every time

I have been going to this wendys for the past 3 years with no problems but now the past 5 times that I have gone they have mixed my order up. I wrote them an email but they never responded. I'm not going to wendys in a LONG time.

Wendy's is using economic situation to sqeeze it's workers

I think that Wendy's is disgraceful for using the economic situation against it's hourly and salaried workers to get more out of them for the same money. I won't name any names for fear of retaliation against certain employees, but at least in your stores in the Colorado Springs, Colorado area that's what Wendy's is doing. New hourly employees will no longer recieve any paid vacation and salaried employees must work a fifty hour week to make their salary. Sounds like forced overtime to me. Sick pay was taken away. If an employee gets sick, they must make up the time that they missed in order to be paid for it. This on top of a fifty hour (already) work week. Sounds fair, huh? Wendy's is claiming tough economical times. So, we are all suffering from these same economics, but Wendy's is taking advantage of it's employees needing jobs and putting the squeeze on them. I hope to enlighten Americans to this act of greed, just starting here. I will soon be writing local papers to let them know of this practice.

Bad food at Wendy's in Radcliff , Ky

In Radcliff,Ky I just spent $30.00 at Wendy's and received 4 orders of cold fries and 4 large sprites that tasted like old cough syrup. I called the restaurant and notified them and was brushed off like I didnt just spend $30.00 for my 4 teenage sons to eat. If you are ever in Radcliff,Ky and feel like eating at Wendy's, take my advice and drive down the highway to Elizabethtown and go to that Wendy's, because the one in Radcliff is truly not worth going to.

A Great Dining Experience

I'm sure you hear mostly complaints however, I just had to inform you that your location at 3201 Buttermilk Rd in Cottondale, AL 35453 was a wonderful and welcoming surprise. My husband and I had stopped for a quick bite to eat! The young fellow behind the counter (John) was very polite (nice to experience in this day) and on each of the tables were little glass containers which had some sort of decorations flowing from it. Also, there was a TV in the corner which was not loud! You felt welcomed. Also, it's the first time that a Senior Discount was applied to the bill. We live in Marietta, GA and were returning from Jackson, MS. From now on we intend to stop at this location, even if for just a Frosty! You can be very happy and pleased of the people representing Wendy's at this location!

RUDE EMPLOYEE AND COLD FOOD!!

I have ate at Wendy's only two times, first time was a good experience but this last Friday in Yukon, Ok. was awful!! My daughter-in-law ordered a combo and 2 deluxe cheeseburgers w/ everything. The lady that took order made a mistake and gave us a Combo and 2 Jr.
cheese burgers that were not ordered, my daughter-in-law not wanting to make a fuss said nothing at this time, BUT when she got to our table there were NO Tomatoes and the burgers were very cold, at this time they were taken back to the register and a lady named Brenda came and waited on her, She advised that the commpany had made them stop putting tomatoes on the burger unless specified for. So being very rude and hateful she took them and put tomatoes on them and brought them back at which time my daughter-in-law advised her that she had told her they were cold and had not been heated up. Brenda then took the burgers and threw them at the trash can as hard as she could and one fell in the floor which she ten KICKED as hard as she could. She then replaced them with more COLD burgers and my daughter-inlaw being a devoit Christian did not say a word. Sfter eating at cold burgers I had her go back up and get the womans name. It is Brenda!! I am 70 yr. old and worked in the public for years and never once did I throw a fit like this person did. I cannot tell what rating I gaveas it does not say, but it deserves a triple FFF. I am not going to ever eat in Wendy's ever agin. This place was located at 1170 Garth Brooks St. phone no. is ($05) 354-9160 and I also plan on trying to contact that main manager.There is no sense in such bad behavior being tolerated.

Wendys was awefull

Went to Wendys on 5th Avenue for lunch today ( 2/16/10 )
was greeted at the speaker with "YEAH" -
I should have drove away at that point but ordered anyway - had two orders -at least they got them right - had to pull up and wait ten minutes for them to bring out our food - The fries were cold and tasted like fish - one double cheeseburger was raw in the middle - and the chili was like watered down soup - This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Wendys - from now on I will go to the Wendys on high street that is if I survive the possible e coli from the part of the raw burger I ate -

Overpriced for amount/quality

I am typically a Wendy's fan however I purchased the spicy chipotle boneless wings today and was dissapointed. They were about 5 "boneless" wings in container. They were the same size as their chicken nuggets but cost $3.99. I felt ripped off. For $0.99 I could have ordered a 5 piece chicken nugget and saved by self $3.00! Don't buy them, not worth the price.
