worse ever

The people or clients roam the neighborhood
they are not watched they steal from cars
they roam to adjacent apartments they curse out neighbors
one named Bryan is very violent and has moved people in his way
police have been called more than once
the patients urinate everywhere outside
the doctor is absent all the time
the other apartments look like project and slum living
is this New Orleans or what
wher edoe sthe doctor put the money from the state certainly not on the patients, or building
saying it is slum is giving it a compliment
beware you are sur eto be robbed or cursed out near 3519chestnut and if you cherish your vechicle be careful patrol and park at your own risk............

worst ever - have the munchies you will anytime anywhere

Yes, mental patients you deserve better . Munchies well the other tenants at 3521 rear can help He has rampant herb parties child toys Guess what- illegals on other side And the icing= slum housing is putting it nicely .Can you avoid at any cost it stinks, smells, nutria pests you name it call orkin please --- mental patients you really really deserve better Leave this experience to the tenants
