Unique Campus Rentals is TERRIBLE!!
Renting through UCR my sophomore year was the absolute worst choice ever! Garbage, dead mice, dust, and more were welcoming us into our new apt. the second we moved in.

Great place, great company
College housing is always tricky, which is why I was so pleaseantly surprised by UC Rentals. The prices were more than fair, I didn't have to worry about utilities and I kept the place clean and got my entire deposit back no troubles. ...
