i have purchase a ticket to viet nam with them. at first they give me the flight schedule. then in couple month, the airline have change the schedule. i have a connection in dallas. and the new change only give me one hour to go. you know they boarding the customer to the plane before 30 minute, so i only got 30 min to go to my gate, and i have a baby too. i call them and explain it that i can\\\'t make it. i ask them to move my flight to the early morning in the same day. the agent never say he gone charge me to do that. but when i go to get the ticket they charge me 25 dollar per ticket. they never tell you in front that they charge you for it. they don\\\'t give you time to get where you going in the connection flight. they just try to get your money. i purchase the ticket on april but they give my ticket on august, they take long time to give you ticket.they is a really bad company, the customer service is not good when you have question to ask them. they don\\\'t know much about the rule of baggage either. on the american airline website they say that infant without seat pay for 10% of the ticket will got one check baggage 50 lbs but they don\\\'t know that. they say the infant don\\\'t got the baggage. they only know to get your money. so go to another agent to buy the ticket don\\\'t come over to this agent be victim like me
