I went with my mom to pick out her new barbeque and the staff was attentive and helpful, soooo many neat things in thsi shop. A little on the pricey side.

Oops
We bought an electric fireplace there. Had no problem with the purchase but a year later when it needed anew motor things got complicated. Several miscommunications and memory lapses caused a wait of several months to get the part we needed. On the other hand the artisan crafts are fun.

Woodburners is a nightmare
Delayed installment: I paid deposit Oct. 31 and was promised install Dec. 21. The stove was installed Feb. 21. After first missed date, I called weekly for three consecutive weeks trying to get a new install date, yet no callback. Finally I started getting callbacks, but only to reschedule installment dates. They repeatedly canceled on the day before installment. The last failed date (six missed in all) Woodburners did not even call.

We requested a Level 2 inspection for a property we where considering purchasing a representative came to the home a half an late after taking a few minutes attempting to open the damper said that the damper was stuck and we needed to call a chimney sweep. After doing no work still charge us for a level 2 inspection and proceed to try to sell us a wood/propane fireplace insert. We then called a chimney sweep who also conducts level 2 inspections as part of the chimney sweep service. He immediately opened the damper and conducted the inspection to our suprise there was nothing wrong with the chimney.
