RUN, don't walk from this car rental agency - think bait and switch. When we called they refused to honor their online rate, so we booked online. The manager Jessica then CANCELLED THE ONLINE RESERVATION, phoned and called my son "A SNEAKY B*ST*RD." I called to speak with the owner, but Jessica refused to allow us to speak with him until after the time we needed the car. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
