I purchased over $1000 worth of equipment from this company. When 95% of my order arrived, I called to find out where the rest of it was. I was told the remaining items would ship in a week. NO one told me that some of my items were on back order. After 2 weeks I called to find out what happened and I was informed the items would ship in ANOTHER 2 weeks. No apology offered, no refund, nothing... I could have ordered from another company and gotten my items 5 weeks ago, now I won't have my equipment for another week since I had to order with someone else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
