When i went to this store, I found myself looking for hair extensions, clip ins to be exact. Well i am not an expert when it comes to extensions so i was looking to the people that worked there, and claims to be some kind of 'cosmetologist.' I wanted my length to be mid lower back, they only sell up to 18' hair. I spent 90$ on hair extensions that suck. I kept asking the lady are you sure it will be long enough and she kept saying yes, all she wanted to do was make the sale, knowing that when i see it does not fit i cannot return or even get store credit. I am VERY disatisfied and i will never go there again. Oh and by the way i went on ebay, i got 26' hair clip ins non dyed, indian hair for 58$ including shipping and handling.
