Horrible. Do not use
Have a home warranty plan and oven stopped working. RC appliance came over and reset something and the oven worked. He told my wife he did not have all of his tools in his truck to fully check out the problem. The oven stopped working 20 days later. I, along with my wife placed 5 calls in to him and he did not pick up so we left a message each time. I was hoping he was on vacation and would call me back when he got back. We did not have an oven working for Christmas holidays and had to cook the ham at my parents house and then bring in to my house. I called again today and he said he never got my messages and that I was now over the thirty days for a warranty and out of luck.

I have had this company fix my appliances for the past 8 years, and I have a lot of them! I am a property manager of over 300 properties here in town, and they do an excellent job. I'm not sure what "webster' experiences, but it doesn't sound like this company at all. Several of my friends have used them too with great results!
