I'm not sure where customer service has gone, but it obviously left this establishment in a hurry. I went in to get a vehicle inspected. It turns out that I two light bulbs out. Having worked on my vehicles for years I thought that this was a five minute fix. Well it was, but one I did at the local parts store. I was quoted $32 Now anyone who has ever replaced a light bulb on a car knows that they are about as difficult as replacing one in your house. I told them I would just buy the bulbs and replace them myself to save on the labor. Well, unless I paid him the $14 labor per bulb he said he would not sell them to me. His words were “Why should I make your life easy?”. I got my sticker and that will be the last time I visit that shop. I can’t afford $16 light bulbs!!
