They took our toilet out in order to have our bathroom repaired, lost a piece to it and broke another one. The owner John promised to have the part by 1 on Friday afternoon and would call me. They did not call or notify me whether the part came in and referred me back to the builder when I called to find out if they were following through with fixing the toilet. Friday afternoon and several phone calls later they stated they would not have enough time to install the toilet. Supposedly a toilet takes 4 hours to finish installing. Stay away from this contractor they are only interested in keeping in good graces with the builder not pleasing the customer.
