The Law Offices of W. Andrew Phipps was established in 1999. Since that time I have contested thousands of moving violations throughout Washington state. Our office provides vigorous criminal defense and has extensive experience in both contesting speeding citations as well as criminal citations. Our focus is on vehicular defense; including D.U.I. Reckless Driving, and Personal Injury Defense. Our practice includes all gross and simple misdemeanor defense. I have been very fortunate to have practiced in almost every county in the state. Due to my area of expertise, I am familiar with and have tried many cases throughout the Greater Puget Sound region and beyond.
