Urine soaked store.
I walked into this store last week to purchase cat food. I had to walk out almost immediately as the smell of urine was overwhelming. I can't imagine feeding my precious cats food that was stored in such a stench.

I have not had a good experience with the grooming at this or any chain place. My dog was extremely anxious when being picked up and we will not go back.
