Friendly, but not the best work piercing wise

I walked in with my mother and two of the workers where just hanging out talking and the one hopped right up and asked, "What can I do for yah today?" and I replied "A navel piercing?" He got all of the stuff right away and got everything...

poor customer service

I'm sorry, but all the guys are NOT "super friendly". I had the same experience as one of the other reviewers with how I was treated in the shop. When I walked in, I was half-assed acknowledged. I asked about a consult on a tattoo rework...
