HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT GO HERE!!! RUDE, SNOBBY OWNER!! I took my watch in simply to have a pin removed. So, the owner drops my watch on the floor which causes some of the pearl stones to fall off the watch. He then tells me "there are some pieces falling off for some reason." I tell him that they fell off because he dropped the watch. (He didn't think I saw him drop it.) Then he just plays stupid & acts like the pieces were missing all along. I tell him that he better look on the floor & find the other pieces so I can glue it back together myself. He finally finds the pieces that broke off & then tells me he'll have to write up a ticket & I'll have to come back Monday to get the watch because they are closing RIGHT NOW. I said, "all I want is for you to pop the one pin out, it takes 2 seconds, can't you just do it now?" He says, "I can't do anything now because we are closing." My response to that was, "so you break my watch, then you won't even pop the pin out for me like I asked? That's no way to do business!" Then HE proceeds to give ME an attitude & tells me I need to leave. So, as I'm walking out the door to leave he says, "don't let the door hit you in the *** on the way out!" WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY? HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THAT? I DIDN'T EVEN ASK HIM TO FIX WHAT HE BROKE & HE HAS THE NERVE TO GIVE ME AN ATTITUDE!? CONSUMERS BEWARE-DON'T GO TO PATRICK DAY JEWELERS, GO TO A REAL JEWELER!!!
