when i went with my friend to take her poodle to get washed and groomed for the first time we were worried that she would not let them touch her since it was hard for us to do it. well the staff there are very gently and patient and handled it very proffessionally

i wouldn't use any other groomer
my dog loved going so much i didn't have to force him into the car just had to tell him groomers. I have even taken dogs that have never been out side a back yard, and when it came time to pick her up i had to litteraly carrier her out of the store she did not want to leave.

Great pet store, horrible groomers
I love the pet store, and the pet store staff, BUT I will NEVER bring my dog back to the groomers. I have a wheaton terrier, and I showed them the picture of a wheaton terrier cut. They shaved every hair off my dogs body, whiskers, everything. It looked like a bad poodle cut. I nearly started crying when I saw him. (they charged me 60.00 to butcher my dog) As I was leaving another woman with a sheepdog, and another dog, both had the same butchered poodle hair cut.. A month later, I saw a family with a dog, and noticed the horrible haircut looked just like my dog, and I said something, and yes, their dog too had been butchered there.
