The National Apple Harvest Festival is held annually the first two full weekends in October. Established in 1965, the festival has something for everyone with hundreds of arts and crafts, demonstrations, contests, food stands and free entertainment. The festival is located in Adams County, the heart of Pennsylvania Apple Country.
