Everything you have read is true. This guy does not care about you. Neither does his staff. Lots of paperwork and long waiting periods. I was a new patient the day before their EMR system crashed. I called in a couple of weeks later and...

I was referred by my doctor. I will speak with her next time I see her.
Lots of paperwork, and long waits. They put you in a tiny little room and both times I had long waits. One time about 45 minutes and the next time 1hr 15min.
