very positive experience
The plumber (Willie Garza) who helped us with multiple clogged drains was personable, explained everything, and charged a very reasonable rate. We have called Jack Howk 3 times in the past & had similarly positive experiences.

Consumer Beware!
We recently used Jack Howk plumbing, and would not do so again. Their rates are high, they will write a vague contract if they can get away with it, and then leave the job unfinished.
