Great service center
We didn't buy our car here, but we wished we had. We bought from Lute Riley in Richardson and had the worst experience there. Honda Cars of McKinney really stepped it up and fixed what they could. We have always brought our car to this dealership now for repairs and have been very happy with them. They have always taken care of everything.

helpful and kind
I had a very nice experience with Honda Cars of McKinney. The salesman that I worked with was patient, kind, and informative. I had no problems with my deal and drove away that day with a great new car. I got way more than I expected for my trade and they worked to make sure I got the payments I wanted. I was always treated with respect and no one objected to my suggestions. When I told them I didn't want something, it was understood and accepted without objection. I have since gone back for an oil change and was, again, treated well. The service department guys were all very kind - even when they were overloaded with oil changes. I would buy from them again.

How Used Car Salepeople Get Bad Name
My wife and I went armed with Internet research and checkbook to buy our 16 year old son a used car. We went to this dealer because they had a lot of attractive offers on the web. When we got there, we were walked around the parking lock by a young man who paid no attention to what we said and who could not locate a single one of the cars that the dealership had advertised. When I asked to see the inventory list, he turned us over to his manager, who agreed to provide an inventory list. When she finally called us in, it was to see a high mileage, overpriced car, not an inventory list. She claimed that this dealership sells cars too quickly to actually keep track of the inventory. We left and drove just down the road the Toyota dealer who treated us like sentient human beings, showed us his inventory and sold us a car. It was simple and a wonderful contrast in business practices for my son to see. I won't even take my car for service to a place that treats it's customers like this.
