Very sick dogs

Lazy employees, yucky kennels
Was leaving that very DISGUSTING place when we saw a small black dog in their parking lot, loose. Went back inside to ask for an animal control officer...who did come out to look at the dog. He was SO lazy he didn't bother to do anything...
