Best Chinese food, hands down
I've eaten a lot of Chinese food in my life, but Golden Sea is by far the best. The man who owns the place takes great pride in his restaurant and his family. There are pictures of his son, a doctor, all over the place - it's adorable. This is the kind of Chinese restaurant that you can eat at - it's not just for takeout. It has a lot of booths and other tables...the decor is pretty nice for a strip mall Chinese place. There is a reason this restaurant has been voted Best Chinese Food in all the local magazines - it's because the food is delicious. No MSG, high quality ingredients, flavorful sauces. They give you crispy wontons and duck sauce/hot mustard when you sit down, which is a nice touch. The average entree price for dinner is about $10-15, but you get a huge portion and rice. I always end up taking some home. There are lunch specials as well, which are really reasonable and come with soup and an eggroll. The servers are all very nice. Lots of people do takeout from this place -

Golden Sea Chinese Restaurant is INCREDIBLY DELISHIOUS
I think this is one of, if not the BEST neighborhood Chinese restaurants in the entire Delaware Valley. When I worked in Plymouth Meeting, I used to make it over there with co workers at least a couple of times a week - so many different dishes and sauces, all EXPERTLY prepared and served. Since I no longer work in the area, I still come back there for dinner with neighbors from time to time, and it is still excellent and well worth the 30 to 40 minute ride.Not only the Owner, but the entire staff make you feel at home. Great food and reasonable prices - again, outstanding for a neighborhood place.

Good Chinese Food!
I am here as a Traveling Consultant. Our Apartment office suggested we go and try Golden Sea. It was very good Chinese food. They have just about anything you would want to eat.
