Horrible experience!

My wife took my son in there with a bleeding broken finger and was told that they couldnt help because they were going to lunch. 9 year old boy crying and hurt and lunch was too important to be able to wait and take care of him. When I complained and tried to get the manager, I got some punk kid who wouldnt give me any names of someone I could complain to. He said that he was sorry but no one could help.

Great place and would recommend it to everyone

I realize that many people write these reviews and think they have had horrible service. You go to the Urgent Care not when you are well but when you are sick. And, that on it's own puts people on edge. I spent the better part of my time in the waiting area and saw how people abused the staff and how calm they stayed.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted promptly and asked to fill out paperwork. I was called back quicker than I thought I would have been [had this been an emergency room I would have been there for hours]. Then, the doctor took care of the problem. She was pleasant when she entered the room with a happy "Howdy!" She found that after some lab work that I had a problem with other medicine I had been prescribed and would have become more serious or even fatal if not treated. WOW. I went to other doctors and even the hospital and no one could figure out what was wrong. Now, I'm feeling so much better.

I've read these other reviews and know that in some way that they thought they may not have been treated in the way they wanted. I'm not sure what they were expecting - other than to be cured like me. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. If not for them I don't know what I would have done.
