Unprofessional and rude
I called this vets office,and found the receptionist rude,and uncooperative.I was surprised after reading the good reviews. \r
I called another vet and got the pre visit information that I needed.Needless to say,I am going to the other vet.

Disappointed in staff
Dr Forsyth does a good job and seems to be very attentive. Unfortunately there is one receptionist (Sophina) that has ruined this for me which has caused me to take my puppy to another vet. She is very unfriendly, doesn't seem to care...
