Rude Manager
This store location has the rudest manager. She has terrible people skills and speaks to you in a very hostile tone. She is not interested in handling customers concerns with any kind of respect or fairness.

Horrible Manager!!
I totally agree with the earlier post concerning this manager. She is extremely rude and hostile. I went in with an exchange and she was completely unhelpful. I was so surprised to learn that she was a manager! I will never shop in that...Worldwide > United States > Roseville, CA > Shoe Stores
