Very dignified service, kind staff

I went to my friend's service today. Everything went smoothly, it was well timed, and we weren't rushed. I think that Joan, a survivor of Auschwitz and a very dignified lady, would have approved.

Very Disappointing Experience

There is a real problem with scheduling funerals here. Despite having two chapels, they only schedule five funerals a day, which creates long backlogs. They do not show much concern for Jewish law, which says that burial must be as soon...
