Hairy customer service!

I was running late and called ahead to let thrm know but when I got there no one was there. So, I called again while waiting in front of the shop, told them I was there then they showed up about 15 mins later. It took about 7 hours...

I did not like the service they had nasty attitudes and did not even have a hair dryer or grease my scalp when my hair was being braided ( what hair salon does not do this) they acted as if they do not like children when ever my child...
