The worse company ever. Be aware of them.

They do nothing. They supposed to manage for you but when you need their help, they are not there for you.

Just rented out the house I renovated, no issues

You would be better in a trailer than renting from DWP

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. DWP is 100% worthless, the office staff is amazingly rude and unprofessional. After having a water leak that resulted in mold our house was torn apart. It took OVER A MONTH to fix the issue....
