Lose Weight and Stress
Dahn yoga is the best thing I have done for myself. I've been a member for three months. The first day I stepped into the center I got a warm feeling and I knew right away I belong here. They have different events and workshops you can attend. I have lots of excess weight and stress I need to lose and being here is a start. To date I have lost fifteen pounds and tons of stress.
