For over 25 years, Creative Builders has built custom homes, commercial buildings, residential remodels, commercial tenant improvements, and mapped & developed multiple subdivisions. Creative Builders is owned and operated by Dennis Robbins.

Robbins has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. This includes ownership in two separate general contracting companies, DenJef Construction and DBR Development Inc. DBR Development/dba Creative Builders has been a sole ownership since 1995. He has extensive experience in dealing with land & building acquisition, forming partnerships, project sales, project & development coordination, budgets, timetables, clients, banks, government agencies, sub-contractors, suppliers, real estate companies, partner and employee relations.
