Bad, bad service
Service is terrible. They missed every date for readiness, lost parts, lied, and didn't return phone calls -saying they never got them. The owner acted put-out that the work had to be done. I would never suggest anyone go there.

It pains me to even give Collision Specialties one star. I have never had such horrible customer service. The owner and management were unprofessional, did not come to the phone when I was on hold, did not return phone calls, did not...Worldwide > United States > Seattle, WA > Automotive
